Prices exclude VAT and are billed in Kazakhstani tenge (₸). Paying for a period upfront applies the discount to the full amount. MAC limits, extra agents and WABA numbers beyond the included ones are billed separately on overage.
Frequently asked questions
What are MACs (active contacts)?+
MACs (Monthly Active Contacts) are unique customers your team or AI exchanged at least one message with during the month, counted across all channels. WABA bulk campaigns do not create MACs.
Can I change my plan?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account. On upgrade you pay the pro-rated difference for the remaining days of the period.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — Starter and Growth come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card. Trial limits: 300 active contacts, 1,000 messages, 5 agents. WABA is not available on trial — it activates on a paid plan.
What is the annual discount?+
20% when paying 12 months upfront, 15% for 6 months and 10% for 3 months. The discount applies to the total for the whole period.
What counts as a message?+
A message is any outgoing text from an agent or the AI in a customer chat. Incoming customer messages are free — we only meter what you send.
What currency is billing in?+
Billing is in Kazakhstani tenge (₸) — CareHub is headquartered in Kazakhstan. For Growth, Advanced and Enterprise we also support invoice-based payments under contract; write to [email protected].
